Over 2,500 hectares of certified organic or integrated production, the Sado Valley region offers exceptional conditions for the aquatic cultivation of different varieties of rice.
The rice grown by these rice farmers produces a product of renowned quality, produced locally, uniformly and in unmixed varieties in order to preserve the natural flavours of each variety, to be enjoyed directly on your plate.
